1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the playtimw platform — including the website, mobile browser interface, games, sports betting services, live sabong, and any related features — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the playtimw Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the playtimw platform, including registered account holders and visitors who browse the platform without registering. playtimw reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the playtimw platform for real-money gaming, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). playtimw strictly enforces this age requirement and will request government-issued identification to verify your age before processing any withdrawal.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) opening an account for your own personal use.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of playtimw, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the playtimw platform for any reason.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

playtimw reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the playtimw platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. playtimw is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your playtimw account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. playtimw will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify playtimw immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

playtimw is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID) and proof of your registered payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

playtimw accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. playtimw does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) business day. playtimw reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the playtimw platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). playtimw is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

4.4 Fraud Prevention

playtimw employs fraud detection systems to monitor all financial transactions. Any account found to be involved in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, use of stolen payment methods, or money laundering, will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited. playtimw cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities in the investigation of financial crimes.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

playtimw offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• playtimw reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering requirements.
• playtimw reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, the decision of playtimw management is final.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the playtimw platform — including slots, live dealer games, sports betting, sabong, bingo, and fishing games — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules.

playtimw uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in professional studio environments. Sports betting and sabong outcomes are determined by the results of the relevant real-world events.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including server errors, disconnections, or software failures — playtimw reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the wagered amount to the player's account. playtimw is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the playtimw platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the playtimw platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus systems.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the playtimw platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing playtimw staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8. Responsible Gaming

playtimw is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the playtimw platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the playtimw platform — including but not limited to the playtimw name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of playtimw or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any playtimw content without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, playtimw and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

playtimw's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your playtimw account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

playtimw does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

11. Termination

playtimw reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to complete KYC verification. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. playtimw operates in the Philippine online gaming market and acknowledges the regulatory authority of PAGCOR over online gaming activities in the Philippines.

13. Amendments

playtimw reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, playtimw will endeavour to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the playtimw platform after the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
